Omega Industrial Repair is a full service industrial repair company specializing in Electronics Repair, a Hydraulic and Pneumatic Lab, and a Full Service Motor Shop. We help keep our customers’ operations running by repairing critical equipment and supplying new and surplus parts with fast turnaround and dependable service.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical to our daily operations and requires strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills. You will be the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, helpful support
- Communicate clearly and professionally when delivering difficult updates, including delays or items that are unrepairable
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, orders, and customer needs
- Handle warranty-related inquiries and resolve customer concerns
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes in a timely manner
- Process purchase orders accurately
- Coordinate shipping and logistics for outgoing orders
- Route drivers for local pickups and deliveries
- Work closely with shipping and receiving on incoming and outgoing orders
- Maintain accurate records and communication through internal systems
Qualifications
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
- SAP experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Self starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred but Not Required
- Bilingual in Spanish or Farsi

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
