OVERVIEW
The US Client Solutions Lead will be responsible for leading media strategies across a retail portfolio of brands, overseeing a dynamic team, and developing cutting-edge, full-funnel marketing solutions. This individual will serve as a key strategic partner to the client, focusing on driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction while fostering strong, lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in omnichannel strategy, client management, retail, and creative media execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire a large, cross-functional team of media and marketing experts, driving business objectives through cohesive, results-driven strategies.
- Develop and nurture key client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of the client’s goals, culture, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders to proactively drive growth and innovation, ensuring the development of business-centric, data-driven strategies that elevate the client’s brand presence and market impact.
- Champion client’s overarching vision, guiding teams in integrating creativity, technology, and media solutions to achieve tangible business results.
- Focus on identifying new revenue opportunities while ensuring that existing efforts are optimized for maximum impact and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Build a high-performance, growth-focused team by providing leadership and mentorship, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment to achieve top-tier client service.
- Work closely with the client’s various business units to ensure seamless collaboration, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with OMG’s internal leadership across teams and divisions to identify and implement process improvements, new growth opportunities, and actionable insights.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$150,000 - $250,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
