Field Canvasser – Entry-Level Sales Opportunity

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1-6
alternating Saturdays, 9-2
Pay: $100/day Uncapped Commission (average earning potential well above base pay)

We’re looking for motivated and outgoing Field Canvassers to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll walk local neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and schedule appointments for property inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are goal-oriented, confident communicators, and eager to grow into a sales career.
What You’ll Do as a Field Canvasser
- Walk designated neighborhoods and engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Explain our services and schedule inspection appointments
- Handle objections with professionalism and persistence
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent Omari Construction with enthusiasm
- Learn new sales techniques and develop your career in a supportive environment
