Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Support food safety protocols by handling food properly and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas
- Clear tables, bussing dishes efficiently to keep dining areas tidy and organized
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate food service during busy periods and special events
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to address needs promptly and professionally
- Help set up and break down food stations, ensuring smooth transitions between event phases
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous for supporting food preparation tasks
- Experience with banquet service or large-scale catering enhances your ability to manage high-volume settings
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and protocols is essential
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are key to delivering excellent hospitality
- Hotel or hospitality industry experience can provide valuable customer service insights
- No prior experience required; training will be provided for motivated individuals eager to learn
