What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator/HR position at Omann Brothers Paving?
Omann Brothers is looking for an Office Assistant to join our Albertville office. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming and productive environment. You’ll also get the chance to interact with staff and various customers in a fast paced environment.
Hours are Monday-Friday. alternating days, the hours would be 8-6 or 8-4:30. Total hours during the season will be 50-55 hours a week and 35-40 hours during the off season.
Duties and Tasks:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Creating and filing job folders
- Answer busy phone lines
- Take and input messages accurately
- Greet visitors
- Review employee reports for accuracy
- Post job openings and recruit new employees
- Interview potential employees, ensuring they meet all requirements
- Prevailing wage/certified payroll a plus
- Any additional duties as assigned
