Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our team. This position involves working on various paving projects, forming, and finishing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating heavy equipment. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Required
- Must have valid Drivers License w/o restrictions.
- Must have a current Medical Examiners Health card.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment.
- Perform asphalt finishing tasks to ensure a smooth and durable surface.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
Experience
- 1 year with experience (preferred but not required) with Skid Loader, Asphalt Paver, or Rollers.
- Previous asphalt paving experience. (Preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
