Position Overview
This internship provides hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a Minor League Baseball club, offering valuable insight into the sports industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting this department’s daily operations while developing professional skills in a baseball environment.

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Client Services team to execute client benefits, amenities, services, programs, surveys, and events throughout the season
· Collaborate with Client Services team to execute client benefits, amenities, services, programs, surveys, and events throughout the season
· Maintain records of all customers and prospects by utilizing CRM tool
· Assist ticket client services with ticket tracking, distribution, food/beverage ordering, etc. for all events
· Collaborate with ticket operations staff to convert inbound customer inquiries to sales and to resolve concerns/issues with customers
· Assist with entertainment of clients and potential clients at hosted events
· Contribute to gameday and event operations
· Other duties as assigned

· Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Qualifications
· Progress towards Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

· Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and database programs
· Evenings, weekends and holidays availability required
