Schedule Requirements:

  • This is a temporary, full-time day shift position, approximately 40 hours per week. Please plan to work September through end of December.

    Essential job duties include:
    • Enters data into various HR databases
    • Contacts applicants by phone to schedule interviews and provides information related to interviews.
    • Coordinates and monitors pre-employment screenings including background checks, drug screens, physical abilities tests, or health history forms.
    • Maintains information in Excel spreadsheets and or Smartsheets.
    • Prepares application packets for interviews and orientations.
    • Assists with internal and external job fairs.
    • Assists with projects as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • 2-year college degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Administrative Services preferred but not required.
    • 6 months to 1-year experience working in an office environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to type 40-50 wpm,
    • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or CRM
    • Knowledge of multi-line phone system.
    • Must be detail oriented and be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Proficient in English and Spanish
    • Must have effective communication skills, good follow through, and above average sense of urgency.
    • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends if needed.
