We seek a motivated Spanish speaking Sales Professional to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. In this role, you will drive business growth by managing lead inquiries, hosting property tours, and converting prospects into residents. Qualifications:
- Willing to learn about sales/Experience a plus
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma
- Have a Smartphone for navigation to properties
- Experience in residential property management a plus
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
- Travel to appointments primarily in a company vehicle
- Look after the presentation of each unit or property in preparation for each showing
- Connect with people and ensure their comfort during property showings
- Help applicants understand the on-boarding process
