About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, resourceful Administrative Assistant who will sit at the front desk as part of a two-person reception team while also supporting HR, operations, and general administrative needs. This is a great role for someone who wants exposure across the business - HR, project coordination, light marketing, IT support tasks, and office operations.
This position is intentionally designed for upward mobility. We want someone who’s excited to learn, eager to pitch in, and ready to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Office Support
- Serve as a warm, professional presence at the reception desk
- Greet visitors and confidently turn away salespeople
- Answer and route occasional phone calls (low volume)
- Support office operations across two buildings as needed
- Assist with set-up and breakdown for company events, meetings, and catered lunches
- Manage supplies and assist with inventory, unloading, and organizing items in the warehouse
- Keep reception and shared areas tidy and welcoming
Administrative & HR Support
- Assist with basic HR projects and tasks
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva)
- Help coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and team events
- Jump into various cross-functional projects depending on the week
- Take initiative on slower days to find tasks, organize, or support others proactively
Marketing & Special Projects
- Work occasionally with the marketing/social media team on light tasks
- Support internal communications, office announcements, and employee experience initiatives
- Add creativity and “flare” to projects, events, and office culture
Who You Are
- Professional, friendly, and positive — someone who brings great energy to the front desk
- Comfortable wearing many hats and switching gears easily
- Eager to learn and grow, even if your long-term path isn’t defined yet
- Not afraid of hands-on work (carrying supplies, moving items, stepping into the warehouse)
- Comfortable in a casual environment (jeans and tennis shoes totally fine)
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive, especially on quieter days
- Skilled with basic computer programs; bonus if you’ve used Excel, PowerPoint, Canva
- Degree preferred (business, HR, marketing, or project management), but not required

Salary : $35,000 - $40,000
