Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of students.
- Support classroom management by promoting positive behavior and addressing any behavioral challenges effectively.
- Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special education needs, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their success.
- Facilitate small group tutoring sessions focused on subjects such as math and standardized testing preparation.
- Engage in Montessori-style teaching methods to encourage independent learning among students.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Requirements
- Experience or coursework in early childhood education, special education, or related fields is preferred.
