Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs that meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Monitor program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Advocate for the needs of individuals served by the organization, ensuring their voices are heard in program development.
- Stay informed about best practices in behavioral health and social work to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management and development within the behavioral health sector.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
