Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in delivering exceptional services and programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative functions, program development, and relationship management, particularly within the behavioral health sector. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage budgets, supervise staff, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders while ensuring the highest quality of service for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs that meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.
  • Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Advocate for the needs of individuals served by the organization, ensuring their voices are heard in program development.
  • Stay informed about best practices in behavioral health and social work to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management and development within the behavioral health sector.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within all programs and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
