Role Description The Physical Therapist Assistant will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Qualifications
- Ability to apply core Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation principles in an outpatient setting.
- Commitment to Patient Care and Quality Patient Care, including clear communication and respectful interaction with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of Orthopedics and musculoskeletal conditions relevant to outpatient therapy.
- Active state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in New York.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with medical records or EMR systems.
- Capacity to follow treatment plans, take direction from supervising Physical Therapists, and work effectively in a team.
