We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated Digital Designer to join our creative team. This is a hands-on role for someone who pairs a strong design eye with the ability to build high-converting digital experiences. You'll design and produce the assets that drive our clients' campaigns, from paid ad creative and landing pages to digital flyers and full website builds.

The role of a designer has changed quickly over the past year, and we're looking for someone who has changed with it: comfortable building in WordPress, fluent with AI image generation, and always looking for smarter, faster ways to work. Job Description

• Design and build high-converting digital layouts, including paid ad creative, digital flyers, and landing pages.
• Build and customize responsive web pages in Elementor and other WordPress page builders.
• Generate on-brand imagery using AI image tools, including realistic office interiors and composites that incorporate real team members from supplied headshots.
• Optimize and export assets in web-ready formats (webp and others) for fast, consistent performance across platforms.
• Use Claude Design and other AI tools to streamline and speed up design workflows.
• Communicate directly with clients, including sending clear project updates and proofs over email.
• Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and fellow designers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while keeping work organized and on track.

Qualifications

• A great design eye with a proven ability to create high-converting layouts for ads, landing pages, and digital flyers. This is the most important qualification for the role.
• 3 to 5 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
• Strong command of design principles: composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Firefly, or similar), including producing realistic, brand-accurate imagery and composites.
• At least 3 years building in Elementor and other WordPress page builders.
• Working knowledge of web file types and optimization (webp and others).
• Comfort using Claude Design and other AI tools to improve and accelerate workflows.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Strong written communication, especially for client-facing updates.
• Highly organized, with effective time management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Autonomy and creativity are encouraged, with ownership of projects.

**Compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience. Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company results
