We're seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst II to serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving initiatives from discovery through delivery.
🔹 What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for medium to large-scale initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders
• Create business requirements, process flows, use cases, data flows, system integration documentation, and traceability matrices
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across various business units
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and UAT teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support end-to-end internal solution development efforts from inception to implementation
• Evaluate business needs and recommend effective technology solutions
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✅ 5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
✅ Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
✅ Proven ability to manage 10 concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations
✅ Experience delivering projects from inception through production deployment
✅ Hands-on experience working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment (Agile required)
✅ Strong expertise with traceability matrices, test cases, QA/UAT support, and requirements documentation
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Project, and Visio
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field
