Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact with the Government for all contract matters
- Oversee contract performance, deliverables, schedules, and stakeholder coordination
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and ensure alignment with DoD program management processes
- Contribute as a member of the development team as needed
- Ensure effective communication, planning, and organizational practices
- Employ management tools and methodologies consistent with Program Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and Agile DevSecOps principles, ensuring effective integration of project planning, risk management, and performance tracking
- Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience, with at least 5 years related to DoD, Military, or US Government projects
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
- Strong understanding of DoD program management processes and reporting requirements
- Effective communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Proximity to the National Capital Region for occasional onsite work
- IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security )
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Contingent upon award; expected to begin in January 2026
- Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $145,000 to $165,000
