The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that consistency is an art form and execution is a discipline.
This role focuses on operating our Brand Ignition System and Social Sync workflow — turning strategy into daily, visible momentum across platforms.
You will not be guessing.
You will be executing within a defined system — and helping refine it.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and others
- Operate within Olympus content frameworks and brand standards
- Manage posting cadence, captions, hashtags, and light engagement
- Collaborate with the founder to refine tone, pacing, and delivery
- Maintain organized asset folders and schedules
- Help transform Brand Ignition concepts into live content

Experience managing social accounts is required. Agency experience is a plus, not a requirement.
