Role Description
This is a full-time, office role for a Project Manager located in Jonesboro, AR. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, handling logistics, coordinating with various teams, conducting inspections, and expediting project deliverables. The role requires effective communication and leadership to ensure seamless collaboration across all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including estimating, planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to manage and track progress efficiently
- Knowledge in performing Inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee the workflow, material coordination, and resource allocation
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction software and tools for project tracking and reporting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
