Olympus Arms, Inc DBA Lone Peak Precision is a growing manufacturing company committed to quality, precision, and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Assurance (QA) Manager.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead and maintain quality systems within our manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and experience working with ISO 9000 quality management standards. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards and company quality requirements.
- Manage quality audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Oversee customer complaints, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
- Utilize ERP systems to track quality metrics, production data, and compliance activities.
- Train and mentor employees on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems required.
- Experience with ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
