Olympic Happy Homes LLC is looking for a new team member.
We are a local cleaning and property care service, specializing in Post Construction and Short Term Rentals. We are the final step before move in for new homes and the final touch to greet people traveling to our beautiful peninsula.
Ideal candidates will have a great attention to detail, be able to stick to a timeline, work independently or with a crew. Short term rental cleanings include basic cleaning tasks, making beds, cleaning and sanitization of bathrooms and kitchens with an eye for perfection always striving for our guests to have the best experience possible. Post Construction duties include removing all dust, debris left from the building process making sure every brand new surface is move in ready. NO experience necessary, willing to train the right person. Must be wiling to travel to different locations and work at multiple job sites in a day. Must be available to work a few hours some weekends in summer. Usual work day in 9-4 but flexible scheduling is available for the right candidate.
$20- $25 an hour DOE mileage
-must have valid drivers license
-reliable vehicle
-able to lift 50#
-able to bend, squat, crawl, climb stairs
-availability on weekends
