Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple locations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor team performance to maintain optimal productivity
- Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and equipment; reorder as necessary
- Implement best practices for commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, and hospitality environments

Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial services, or janitorial work with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning protocols
