Are you an experienced candidate who can provide exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for providing a welcoming office environment for our patients, partners, and vendors. The successful candidate has a bright and shiny personality, must love working with people, is detail-oriented, and learns quickly in a fast-paced setting. They should be capable of working independently, take initiative, and have excellent communication skills with an outstanding professional presentation.
Job Duties Include:
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
- Answering a high volume of telephone calls in a friendly and helpful manner
- Collecting copayments, deductibles, and other balances due at the time of service.
- Accurately collecting patient demographic and billing information. Scanning insurance cards, documents and updating information in the database as needed
- Have a working knowledge of skin care products and cosmetic services
- Scanning charts and other data entry
- Other duties as requested
Required Qualifications: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Must have one year of previous experience as a medical receptionist; Must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, self-motivated and very detail oriented. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Pay: $21.70 - $26.19 per hour
