Our office is seeking a sharp, positive, enthusiastic individual for our Front Desk:
Monday - Friday 6:30a-1:00p .
The primary responsibilities include reception, scheduling, phones, collection of payments, management software, patient records, insurance benefits review, pre-authorizations, billing support, as well as any necessary light cleaning and laundry.
Great organization, communication skills, time management, and attention to detail are critical. Experience with Medical Billing, and/or good technical skills would be helpful. We are are looking for the right person to work with our patients and staff, and whose super power is customer service and problem solving!
We are a busy fun bunch in an upbeat, customer service oriented office, we love to laugh and get things done! Please note the ability to help with collections while understanding deductibles, copays and coinsurances is an integral part of the job, if you are uncomfortable with collecting money or working with people please reconsider.
