Private Music Lessons Adjunct - Flute
Olympic College is seeking a dedicated and experienced music educator to join our faculty as an adjunct instructor of private flute lessons. This is a part-time position, with opportunities to teach on the Bremerton campus and other locations as needed.
Responsibilities:
Teach private instrumental lessons on the flute to students of various skill levels;
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students;
Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment;
Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust instruction accordingly;
Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators;
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field;
Experience teaching private music lessons, preferably on the flute;
Demonstrated expertise in playing the flute;
Familiarity with online learning platforms and technology;
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Music or a related field;
Two years of experience teaching private music lessons;
