Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and property management team
- Assist with tenant communications, scheduling, and document preparation
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in Yardi CRM, will train the right candidate
- Support marketing efforts, including:
Creating property flyers and promotional materials
Updating websites and social media content
Assisting with digital campaigns and property listings
- Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) for daily operations
- Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and vendor coordination
- Help coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and service vendors
- Provide general office support, including phones, filing, and front-desk tasks
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
