Assistant Property Manager

As an Assistant Property Manager, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of property management activities. You handle day-to-day tasks such as coordinating maintenance requests, assisting with tenant communications, and supporting leasing activities. You are often the first point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.Compensation:

$15 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Administer property management practices to meet regulatory requirements
• Supervise daily property workflows to achieve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
• Coordinate daily activities of properties to maintain smooth operations and happy tenants
• Administer the day-to-day functions of properties to ensure efficient operations and tenant contentment
• Direct daily property management tasks to optimize efficiency and enhance tenant experience

Qualifications:

• Having a Real Estate License or Property Management Certification is desirable
• Academic background in business, real estate, or a comparable field
• Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills
• At least three years managing properties
• Knowledge of tenant relations and lease handling is advantageous
