New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the new car sales department
- Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing sales consultants
- Drive traffic and business development through strategic planning and local outreach
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered consistently throughout the sales process
- Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve overall dealership objectives

Pay Range: $11,000.00 to $15,000.00

New Car Sales Manager Qualifications
- Prior experience as a New Car Sales Manager or a consistent top-performing sales professional with leadership potential
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, desking, and CRM platforms
- Experience in DriveCentric and Reynolds is required
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
