As an Automotive Sales Representative at Olympia KIA, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the car-buying process with expertise and care. You’ll have the opportunity to connect customers with the perfect KIA vehicle to meet their needs while delivering top-notch service that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience with a proven track record.
Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing KIA vehicles
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service
- Stay informed about the latest Kia models, features, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership

Automotive Sales Representative Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
