Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of civil concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of concrete work, including finishing, forming, and pumping. This role involves supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality across multiple projects. The Concrete Supervisor will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations on-site, interpreting blueprints and schematics, and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate concrete construction activities, including pouring, finishing, forming, and pumping.
- Operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools necessary for concrete work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on all construction sites.
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule work phases and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Assist with estimating costs for materials and labor for upcoming projects.
- Train and mentor crew members in proper techniques for concrete mixing, finishing, formwork, and equipment operation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction supervision with a focus on civil concrete projects.
- Skilled in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and renovation techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews effectively.

Pay: $ $65.00 per hour
