Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in hospitality, spa management, or related field preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing appointment systems or front desk operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
