What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist position at OlsenDaines?
We are a busy law firm who service both Oregon and Washington clients in Bankruptcy, Personal Injury and Litigation cases. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a good team player who can take potential Personal Injury inquiries and leads.
The job duties will include but not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls from potential personal injury clients.
- Gather basic information about the accident/injury.
- Enter potential client information into the firm's case management system.
- Determine whether the potential case meets the firm's basic intake criteria.
- Schedule consultations with attorneys
- Follow up with potential clients who have not yet completed intake.
- Maintain accurate and organized intake records.
- Provide professional and compassionate customer service.
- Communicate with potential clients by phone, email, and text.
- Ensure all potential leads receive timely follow-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 36.0 per week
