Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Secretaries for Olmsted Falls City Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.
This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.
Minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Two professional references
- BCI & FBI background checks
- Dated within the past 12 months
- On file with the Ohio Department of Education
- Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area’s lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them. Call to make an appointment.
Necessary Skills/Duties:
- Monitor record keeping procedures
- Prepare computer documents
- Maintain systematic filing system
- Greet/assist visitors
- Prepare letters, memos, notes, and emails
- Prepare photocopies
- Process incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail
- Help resolve staff/parent/student issues
- Relevant work experience in field
- Demonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammar
