Position Overview:

 Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, grow brand awareness, and drive engagement across digital channels. In partnership with leadership and our third-party agencies, this role will be responsible for content strategy, community management, social media campaigns, analytics, and influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience building online communities, managing influencer partnerships, and leveraging social platforms to support business objectives.

 Primary Responsibilities

 Social Media Strategy & Content

•  Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
•  Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
•  Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
•  Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives, promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

 Community Management

•  Monitor and manage social media channels daily.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, reviews, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster meaningful engagement and build strong online communities.
• Identify opportunities to increase audience interaction and brand advocacy.

 Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

•  In partnership with our third-party agency, continue to expand the Ollie’s influencer program and grow in alignment with the company's target audience and brand values.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to support marketing campaigns and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Track influencer performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Manage influencer product seeding, gifting programs, and event participation.
• Develop and grow the Ollie’s brand ambassador influencer program leveraging Ollie’s best customers to acquire new customers and grow brand affinity.

 Analytics & Reporting

•  Monitor social media and influencer campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on audience growth, engagement, content performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content, influencer partnerships, and overall social media strategy.
• Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.

 Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

   Preferred

• Familiarity with influencer management platforms and creator marketplaces.
• Basic photography, graphic design, and video editing skills.
• Experience working with agencies, creators, or brand ambassadors.

 Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a desk to work on a computer for an extended period of time.
• Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly.
• Ability to grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently.
• Ability to bend and twist occasionally.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
