What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Ollie & Hobbes Craft Kitchen?
Ollie & Hobbes Craft kitchen is looking to find great full or part time line cooks. We are a fast paced restaurant located in SouthPointe Pavilions. Line cooks can earn up to $17 an hour or more based on their skills and abilities. New hires are eligible for a raise after 30 days for those who excel.

We have a lot of different line cook shifts available from lunch and dinner to weekends and weekdays. We can work around school or another job very easily to fit your schedule.

The responsibilities of this position:
- Make sure all standards and guidelines are being met
- Have the kitchen prepped and ready for meal services
- Proper opening and closing of the kitchen
- Sending out food that meets a high quality and standard

- Knowledgeable and proficient with basic cooking and kitchen skills and willingness to learn
