At Olivia Care we are a family run Beauty business specializing in Organic and Natural Beauty products that you may have seen at Target, and Sprouts amongst others. Our expanding team located in Gardena(15 minutes south of downtown LA), CA is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Production Manager to help manage and oversee our Production/Manufacturing facility.
Work will include- managing, motivating and appropriately scheduling workers’ schedules, setting productivity goals, implementing inventory systems, following cGMPs, developing workflow policy and procedures, evaluating machine resources and upgrades, optimizing from both a time and cost standpoint for supply chain & logistics processes, collaborating with Production Manager, and Head of Quality.
This person must bring a positive, can-do attitude to the office with an openness to learn and bring fresh ideas to the table daily!
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, with occasional off hours & Saturdays needed during peak holiday busy season.
Ideal candidate being bilingual- English and Spanish is a plus! Have 3 years experience in production management (beauty production a plus).
Starting Salary $60-$65k Benefits
