About Us
Oliveri Millworks is a custom, high-end architectural millwork operation located in West Palm Beach, FL. We manufacture custom hurricane-impact mahogany windows and doors, interior doors, and architectural metal doors and windows made from steel, stainless steel, and bronze. Our products combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced manufacturing technology to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
We are looking for dependable, experienced individuals to join our Finishing Department. Positions are available for Spray Finishers, Sanders, and Finishing Department Helpers on both day and night shifts.
Available Positions
- Spray Finisher: Experienced in spraying primers, stains, paints, and clear finishes on high-end wood products, as well as spraying finishes on architectural metal products, including steel, stainless steel, and bronze. Must understand proper finishing techniques and maintain consistent, high-quality results.
- Sander: Perform sanding and surface preparation on high-end wood windows, doors, and millwork to ensure smooth surfaces and quality finishes.
- Finishing Department Helper: Assist with preparation work, including taping, sanding, and preparing products for priming or final finish coats.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Night Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in sanding, surface preparation, or spray finishing preferred. Spray Finisher candidates must have relevant spraying experience.
- Strong attention to detail when working with high-end architectural products.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace and comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a non-air-conditioned work environment.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift products weighing an average of 85–100 pounds, with assistance or appropriate equipment when needed.
