With centuries of combined expertise, multi‑site capacity, and a sustainability focus, we deliver fast, consistent, nimble packaging solutions that help customers build unforgettable brands.
Your mission
- Own the full die‑cut setup: prepare, adjust, and run equipment; handle stripping and blanking processes.
- Close out prior work: dismantle setups, log impressions for saved jobs (date, press, chase number), dispose of dies as marked, and verify accuracy via sample pulls and glue sets.
- Guard quality from first sheet to last, making real‑time corrections.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Champion safety and teamwork in a fast‑moving production environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Background as a Die Cutting Operator/Pressman within printing, packaging, or folding cartons.
- Proficiency with steel rule dies, counter plates, make‑ready materials, stripping/blanking tools.
- Understanding of SBS, CCNB, Kraft and other substrates—and how they influence cutting, creasing, and scoring.
- Confidence reading job tickets, CAD layouts, dielines, and quality specs; proven ability to hit accurate make‑readies with minimal oversight.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting strength with die‑cutting machinery; Bobst/Heidelberg familiarity is a plus.
- Accurate math/measurement for tight tolerances; detail‑driven quality focus.
- Comfort lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
- Team orientation and a strong work ethic.
When and what you’ll earn
Shift: 2nd
- Competitive compensation with a 2nd‑shift differential and a full benefits package.
- A culture rooted in growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Clean, safe plant with modern, well‑maintained equipment.
