Packaging Die‑Cut Press Technician

• Are you experienced—1 to 3 years—operating a die-cutting press, ideally in printing/packaging?
• Do you like setting up complex jobs, checking specs, and solving problems before they become downtime?
• Can you balance speed with flawless quality in a fast-paced, team environment?

• Set up, fine-tune, and run the die-cutting machine, including stripping and blanking.
• Break down the previous job; log impressions for saved work with date, press, and chase number; dispose of or retain dies as marked.
• Pull samples and perform glue set checks to validate accuracy against specifications.
• Monitor quality continuously and correct issues on the fly to protect throughput and standards.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
• Operate safely and efficiently while contributing to a collaborative, high-velocity team.

• Mechanical aptitude plus a troubleshooting mindset.
