Oliver Inc. is looking for an experienced, committed and passionate Maintenance Technician to join our great team. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical and electrical background, with general understanding of hydraulic and mechanic system, to oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment.

**About the Role: **

As our Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Maintains a preventative maintenance program for all presses and other manufacturing equipment.
• Repairs and test machines and/or machines assemblies.
• Determines whether repairs should be made in-house or by an outside source.
• Monitors quality of repairs by third party contractors.
• Performs electronical/mechanical diagnostic troubleshooting on all plant equipment.
• Interfaces with production management and line personnel to ensure that equipment is being utilized properly and efficiently.
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of **Maintenance Technician, **if your background includes:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4 years similar experience.
• Ability to read and analyze mechanical drawing, blueprint, electrical schematic would be highly evaluated. Machine shop experience is a plus.
• Ability to use common hand tools, knowledge of measuring instruments such as: micrometer, caliper, etc.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment including electrical wiring, electrical components, pneumatic systems, water/cooling systems, hydraulics and general maintenance.
• Understanding of basic electrical/ mechanics, metal fabrication, and application of various materials.
• Standing and walking required for 75% of day, some lifting and pulling required.
