You arrive ready to lead your folding–gluer. You review the schedule, pull materials, and configure your station. Feeder aligned. Glue system calibrated. Folder plates positioned. Pack station arranged. Inspection systems online and verified. With specs in hand—folds, sizes, thickness—you bring the machine up and watch quality like a hawk. Any hitch? You diagnose, adjust, and get back to perfect. When the run wraps, you clean down, log inventory, and prep for what’s next.

• Set up and operate feeder, glue system, folder plates, pack station, and inspection equipment.
• Run the folding–gluer to meet exact specifications for folds, sheet size, and material thickness.
• Configure and manage an automated, computer-controlled integrated inspection system.
• Ensure top-tier quality during production; monitor glue lines and address issues immediately.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs to keep equipment at peak performance.
• Work safely and efficiently; verify schedules, manage inventory for jobs, and complete post-production cleaning.

• Preferred: 1–3 years as a folding–gluer operator in printing or packaging.
• Mechanical aptitude and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Sharp attention to detail and strong close vision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• People-focused, collaborative communicator.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, team-centered environment.
