What you'll tackle

• Set up and operate folding–gluer equipment to produce high-quality cartons to spec.
• Configure feeder, adhesive systems, plow/fold plates, compression sections, pack stations, and quality inspection systems.
• Confirm folding sequence, glue application, board thickness, and score alignment; adjust as needed.
• Run automated/computer-driven inspection for in-line quality verification.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Read job tickets, verify schedules, maintain accurate inventory counts, and complete post-production cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.

What sets you apart

• Experience as a Folding Gluer Operator in folding carton, packaging, or printing (preferred).
• Bobst folding–gluer experience or equivalent (highly preferred).
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability and strong quality focus.
• Knowledge of glue systems, folding sequences, scoring, and carton construction.
• Comfort with job tickets, layouts, calipers, rulers, and gauges.
• Accurate math skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
