What you’ll do
As a Color Control Offset Press Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of press runs—from plate hang and make-ready through final sign-off. You’ll follow each job ticket to the letter, manage substrates of varying calipers, and adjust on the fly to keep quality locked in and waste low.
- Set up, operate, and run offset presses to standard
- Perform make-ready, color matching, and continuous press adjustments
- Monitor quality in real time and respond immediately
- Maintain schedule discipline and production efficiency
- Execute basic preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable
- Surface and escalate quality issues to minimize downtime and scrap
- Uphold a clean, safe, well-organized press environment
What makes you a match
- 5 years operating offset presses
- Hands-on experience with Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA preferred
- Fluency with multiple substrates and calipers
- Deep understanding of color standards and print quality
- Comfort reading job tickets, measurements, and production docs
- Team-driven, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
