What You’ll Do
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be a key player in keeping our financial operations strong, accurate, and compliant. You’ll work closely with leadership and teams across the organization, providing the financial clarity that helps drive confident decision-making.
- Own the Numbers: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and confidence
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage reconciliations, cash management, AP/AR oversight, payroll support, benefits, and asset tracking
- Drive Insight: Partner with department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Stay Compliant: Ensure compliance with GAAP, multi-state tax requirements, payroll taxes, and filing deadlines
- Close with Confidence: Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
- Support Audits & Controls: Assist with internal and external audits and maintain strong accounting controls
- Lead & Collaborate: Mentor junior accounting staff and work cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of your work and enjoy collaborating with others to make things better.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
Work Environment
- Primarily office environment with some time on the production floor
- Regular collaboration with operations and production teams
- Some extended hours at times; month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
