Out growing Insurtech client is seeking a QA Engineer to help ensure everything we release is reliable, scalable, and ready for real-world use. This is a great opportunity for a QA professional, in the early stages of their career (2 years) who enjoys hands-on testing today and wants to grow further into automation over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing new features and enhancements across web, mobile, and API components
• Designing and maintaining clear, effective test cases
• Executing manual & automation tests, documenting results, and raising defects with confidence
• Working closely with engineers and product teams to understand functionality and risks
• Supporting regression, integration, acceptance, and release testing
• Contributing to the gradual expansion of automated test coverage
• Helping embed quality thinking earlier in the development lifecycle
  
  

Skilled Needed

• 2 years of experience in a QA or software testing role
• Strong grounding in manual testing principles and best practices
• Java or TypeScript programming exposure
• Experience testing APIs and backend services
• Comfortable working in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
• Exposure to test automation concepts, with experience with Selenium or similar frameworks
• Mobile application testing experience
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines or DevOps tooling
