Senior Associate - Private Equity Fund Administration
Our client, a highly regarded organization within the fund administration space, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its team. - Support the full lifecycle of private equity investments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution.
- Prepare and review fund analysis and investor reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with due diligence processes for prospective investments and ongoing portfolio activity.
- Collaborate with team members and senior leadership to support investment and fund strategies.
- Support internal and external audit processes to ensure financial and operational requirements are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of operational quality.
- Strong experience in private equity fund accounting and solid knowledge of GAAP.
- Experience working in a team environment, coordinating across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present financial information to stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing priorities effectively.
