My client, a top Boutique Private Equity firm in the downtown Chicago area is looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join and lead their expanding team due to high growth. Our client works on a hybrid basis in the loop, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with capital calls, distributions, and fund cash flows
- Support deal closings, documentation, and transaction tracking
- Maintain portfolio company data and performance metrics
- Help prepare investor reports, audits, and compliance materials
- Coordinate with fund administrators, legal, and banking partners
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years in private equity, fund administration, finance, or audit
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Familiarity with fund structures and reporting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- CPA or CFA progress is a plus
