A Large global FS Company is looking for a strong internal audit senior or engagement lead to focus on insurance operations and corporate finance. This role requires experience with insurance operations, and will be leading end to end engagements, mentoring junior staff, & working alongside the audit directors.
this is a hybrid role (2x in office a week) with fast growth potential and good comp on offer, with an established global player in the financial services industry.
- Conduct operational audits with a focus on the insurance business, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.
- Identify areas of potential risk and inefficiency, and propose actionable solutions to enhance overall business processes.
- Collaborate with various departmental teams to ensure alignment of audit processes with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations, and present these reports to senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, audit standards, and best practices in risk management.
- Profound knowledge and experience in auditing within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
