We’re partnering with a client seeking a Business Systems Analyst who specializes in Guidewire BillingCenter. This position focuses on improving the billing platform, ensuring seamless integration with business needs, and driving operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end design, configuration, and testing of Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Lead change management efforts, including training and production readiness.
- Support system analysis, user acceptance testing, and post-launch activities.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and manage Agile workflows through JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience: 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years working on BillingCenter.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong P&C insurance background; Non-Standard Auto experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SDLC, workflow documentation, and configuration testing.
- Tools: Proficient in JIRA and Confluence; exposure to ServiceNow and AWS is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
