Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions in line with client needs and business goals
- Lead or contribute to solution architecture, offering input into technology and design decisions
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their operations and challenges
- Work across the full stack – backend through to frontend using modern development practices
- Take ownership of project delivery with an awareness of budgets and timelines
- Apply a problem-solving mindset and adapt quickly to different industries and business domains
- C# / .NET (Core and Framework) strong backend development experience essential
- JavaScript and React for building responsive, user-friendly front-end applications
- Familiarity with API development (RESTful services)
- Experience with SQL Server and database integration
- Comfortable working in DevOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing)
- Strong understanding of application architecture and scalable system design
- Experience integrating or modernising legacy systems is highly desirable
- Worked in small or cross-functional teams where you’ve had hands-on exposure across multiple areas
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role with direct stakeholder engagement
- Awareness of project budgets, time constraints, and delivering value in real-world business contexts
- Comfortable working independently or leading aspects of a project lifecycle
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) is a bonus but not essential
