- Perform reconciliations and validation of financial data during system implementations and upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- 2 years of experience in a financial analysis or corporate FP&A role
- Prior exposure to insurance or financial services industries is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PowerBI.
- Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to challenge existing processes and recommend forward-looking improvements.
